Dear sir, on 9th may I tried to recharge my reliance mobile with 147 rupees using an online service provider Mobikwik. The transaction was successful and hence money was deducted from my account. But till date my recharge is not done. When I called customer service of Mobikwik they said from our side the the transaction was successful u should go to your mobile service providers and when I called to reliance they said there I no history of such recharge. Please help.
