I was done my online recharge by visiting idea website on 12-07-13 by Rs 60/- & 197 money was deducted from bank account but recharge was not done when i spoke to customer care of idea 2-3 times they told me that we have no detail talk to bank when i talk to bank they said your transaction had successful so please give transaction reference no. to idea & track your recharge detail.I again talk to idea they did not listen & answer properly finally they put the phone outside such type of customer harassment by idea customer care dept.
