Recharge not credited

Name of company/service: MTS

Dear Sir,

Herewith, I would like inform to you that i have make complain to mts that I have recharge my MTS number 8459991496 worth rs-248/- by IDBI net banking dated 5/06/2012 which transaction number is

0648411/120705234803 but they could not credited it on my number on 8459991496 ,I have also register verbal complain to MTS which number is c12-47984072 but no resolution given by MTS.
I very upset and fed up due to this thing.

So that I request to you kindly take action accordingly for same so that no one more person can be suffer.

    I did my postpaid mblaze recharge through online,but it is not showing anything and is not working it now.my no: is 9142957384.please check it and give necessary instruction.

  4. Dear Sir,

    When i recharge my mobile via MTS prepaid service for Rs. 300, i get to talk only for Rs. 20 or 30 at the max. The rest of the money is looted by the MTS company for their callertunes, flash news subscriptions which i have never opted for. They cannot prove any SMS sent from my mobile for these subscriptions.
