Recharge issue with tataphoton plus pre-paid connection

Name of company/service: TataPhoton Plus

On 4th November 2012,I recharged my photon account with Rs.850 for which I should get 5GB of data.The recharge was successfull.On the day of recharge I got the entire data(5GB).The very next day,my balance was showing 800MB(approx).For the same,I registered a complaint on 9th of Novemeber.Thats because when i contacted the customer care on 5th of November they said that my problem will be resolved within 48 hours.So, i waited.But, till now(15/12/2012) my complaint is not resolved.Whenever I give a call to the customer care,they say that my complaint is still in “open” state,my complaint is been moved to the concerned department and the technical team will give me a call within 24/48 hours and I will be asked to wait for that many hours.But till date, I havn’t got a single call from them.I would have called them some 30 times and everytime i got the same response.The customer care doesn’t provide any other information.The most funny part in my case is that, they have all the information with them, my recharge date,amount,data i was supposed to get,.etc. But even after having that ,i feel they are not doing anything. Because, my complaint was not solved ,my account was showing zero(0) balance for two(2) weeks and I was not having any connectivity for that period. I strongly feel that, these people just take our complaints and forget after that.Beacause,they have all the concerned data required to solve the issue. The customer care is not of much help,they don’t understand our problems they just keep repeating the same thing again and again. I’ll be mentally upset for sometime,after I give a call to the customer care.
I just need some Justice for my hard earned money.
