recharge issue

Dear sir,

I have recharged my reliance mobile no. 9608750301 with a plan of unlimited calls from reliance to reliance local. I have got the message of recharge. But I did not got the offer of free calls. When I called customer care they told this recharge is availble for new sim. If such was the case why they have not written it on their website and how my no. Accepted it. I have not received my recharge offer nor any balance. Kindly rectify the issue. I have recharged with an amount of rs. 596 on 25/09/2014. Kindly rectify the issue.
