Mai jio sim use karta hu jiska no 8384857461 hai.Maine 15/06/2018 me my jio app me double dhamaka offer dekha tha jisme rs. 399 me 1.5 gb data additional mil rha tha within 48 hours after reedem but aisi koi info wha nhi thi ki ye reedem karne ke baad current plan ke saath active hoga.
Maine reedem kiya uske baad mughe additional data nhi mila.Customer care bolta h ki wo data tumhara previous plan ke saath consume ho gya jo 16/06/2018 ko khatam ho gya.
Sir bina info customer ko kaise pta chalega ki data current pack ke saath active hoga
Secondly jo plan maine 3 months pehle recharge kiya tha uske saath current recharge ka voucher kyu consume hua?
Customer care ne baat ki uske baad line hold kardi senior officer se baat karne ke liye jo 5-10 min tk hold rhi phir call disconnect ho gyi
Customer ko kya benefit mila agar is tarah se cheat kiya gya?
