Recharge For net surfing With Rs. 95/- and Refund the value.

Sir,

I had recharged this number with Rs. 95/- for net surfing for a month. but yesterday, at 6:15 p.m a customer care call was coming with this no 1402020185 and i just received for 26 sec and the call ended with end button.Then I inquired my net balance is 0 and my main account balance was decreased. I called the Customer Care agent two times but there was no solution.

My humble request to you please bring back my Net surfing amount.
