Recharge failed but amount deducted

Hi.
I had done data recharge of 149 rs from airtel app via paytm on April 21 2018 .The Recharge was not done but money was deducted from paytm. Got a Msg from airtel that the transaction was initiated but there was no further updates.I need a refund.
I had called customer care.They were not able to help.
Online Recharge txn ID:180421693505.
Please help to get a refund.
Very dissapointed by the customer service that airtel provides
