In connection to earlier my recharge as on 11.07.2012 for Rs. 249/- in my cell no 8269904798, It was experienced that the charges for STD call on net also dedecuted from my balance.
i have complaint in vediocon customer care also. but they were not taken any action.till now i am not able to get benefit of my recharge. Now vediocon customer care executives not receiving my call, i have tried 1000 times.
So, I would like to request you to look in to the matter and I hope that you will resolved the issue.
You early reply in the matter is highly expected.
