Recharge disappeared

I made a recharge of Rs135 which promised me a Data of 3GB and validity of 90 days. This Recharge was done on June 21 2012 and it disappeared on 2nd july 2012. I called customer care on the same day. This issue has not been resolved yet. Everyday i call them, They ask me to wait for 24 hours and assure that the issue is resolved.It has not yet been resolved. IT has been 7 “24 hours like that. I want to raise a complaint as today when i called them.. they said i never made a recharge. Noone is able to help me.
