I filed a complaint sometime back stating that I got a sim from the retail outlet of the above company housed at Big Bazaar, Chennai on 11/6/14 and the recharge amount of Rs 50 and bonus amt of RS10 on purchase was not credited and the balance in my mobile number is Zero. I have inadvertently omitted to mention my cell number allotted through the above sim. It is 8148183769. Kindly incorporate it with my earlier complaint. Mistake is regretted.
