Hi,
I have recharged on 21st July with 49/- and as per reliance website its shows 30 days valid. But they have disconnect my this special pack within 7 days and saying that their website is not updated, with new pack. I have taken screen shorts of this pack showing 30 days validity
I have spoke with nodal officer Hyderabad, Pavan kumar he directly said we are sorry the website is not updated and they are not ready to give me 30 days or refund my amount.
He sujjsted me before recharge I have to cont customer care, is this possible to 100 of people to call customer care every time before recharge?
if this is the case then why there is an website of rcom?
