Received wrong Product from yepme

Dear sir/Madam

This is omsimha working in Government Department, through online i have purchased products in Yepme. which i have received product from Yepme its was totally wrong i have received. i given compliant to Yepme Company they are not responding properly. They cheated me with wrong product and collected money from my end. Even they are not trying to rectify those mistake.
Please take some necessary action on them
