Sir, My name is hemant kawadgiri. I have ordered roti maker( Niki Tasha) from homeshope18 (Placed order by my father name K.T Jivesh). It was a bad product that is why is went for replacement offer contacting customer representative. The product has been dispatch from my home around one month ago and still i have not received my replacement product. When i spoke with customer service department regarding replacement they are not ready to provide me any kind of update regarding my product replacement status. Moreover i went for the replacement process because they are not ready to provide me refund even after regular follow up.
Till the time i have send around 10 email to them, however they are responding me in a same manner.
I am very frustrated with there service and i have almost loose my hope to get replacement.
