received open seal medicine

i have ordered full stop medicine and paid 2300 but i got the same with open box and seal. As and when i am calling them they are disconnecting my call, since the product is medicine and seal is open, i cannot take the risk of taking it because it may contain harmful things. so please help me in getting my money back or replacing my product with sealed product.
