Received notice from Legal team from MTS

Dear sir/madam,

I have received a legal notice from Mr.Ranvir Vats on behalf of MTS/M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited as Legal Notice under Section 403, 405, 406, read with Section 420 of the IPC.

I am really surprised to see this legal notice on my name. It was clear fault from M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited side where i have asked them to cancel this Datacard, which they failed to do so by saying they have never received the request from my side. I told MTS team to investigate this case from their side to check who has done the mistake which they have not done. I wanted to change this sim from post paid to prepaid in the moth of January 2016. Hence i did not pay the bill of December, so that i can go to MTS shop where i can pay bill and convert this to Prepaid. However i got a call from MTS team by saying, if i pay the bill online, they will disconnect this post paid number and when i am free i can go to shop and change that into prepaid. Hence i made the full payment on January 09th. But after my payment i have not got the call from MTS team as they promised me before making the payment. Later i have used that data card once till now just to check whether the sim is canceled or not.

These things i have clearly explained to every agents whom i got call from MTS, however none of them were able to come with a solution and now they are asking me to pay the amount of 850rs approx.

Hence above things clearly states that it is the clear mistake from MTS team side and not from me. Which means i am not liable for any payment.

I am also following with my cell phone service provider, if i can get the call recording for the particular call so that it will play a major role this case to prove myself. Please help me to resolve this.
