Received faulty product

Dear Sir,
I am Mayank Deorah from meerut UP ordered a product from snapdeal online shopping company (Ambrane P-1040(10400mAh Power Bank), i received a faulty product ,as i connected with my mobile phone, my phone is dead at that moment. I registered a complaint in snapdeal but din’t get any response from snapdeal,now i want my money back for my mobile phone because of that wrong,faulty product they gave me.
Please do something.
