My name is arvind and I have ordered and received Sony 14000 mah power bank in faulty condition. The power bank was not charging. I have mailed several time regarding either replacemnt of my order#888290341 or refund of payment.
The paytime respond to customers queries and complains via emails only. I only receive mails that complain is registerd and advised to submit the pics of the equipment. I also did that and I have not received any response from them. There is no other method to contact them and on emials customer care executives don’t respond. What a customer will do. Please take care of this. As i have akready invested lot of energy and time .
