Received Damaged Keyboard

Dear sir/Madam,

I purchased amkette keyboard with mouse from indiatimes shopping. Payment was done via online bank transfer via ICICI bank. I received a damaged product on 20th june. I called back the customer care same day and was given a complaint number 279752 was assured that the product would be replaced via reverse pick up. Till date they have been just assuring for more time. I giving below all the interactions via email with customer care indiatimes shopping.

Please help me on the case against these cheaters.

I am yet to receive a replacement for my damaged product. Since you have not replaced the product, please refund my money and arrange for reverse pickup of your damaged product.
