Dear Consumer Court,
With reference of IRCTC online ticket booking PNR No.2827886032 Dt.15.03.2014 I have registered TDR according the railway rules that “The train has been late more than 3 hrs and passenger is not traveled” and train is also more than 5 hrs late on such date. Under railway rules 100% amount will be refund but after 6 months no get any refund. I have already email more than 10 times but no get any satisfy response.
So I request you to kindly take necessary action.
