Received a product which doesn’t work

I ordered AB Slim belt from telebrands. After lots of drama i received the shipment from mumbai. I moment i opened it and checked. It was not at all working. No manuals were. Also the product had no battery cover, we couldn’t even put in the battery properly.And when tried hard to stick it ther. IT”S IS NOT AT ALL IN WORKING CONDITION
