Reapir needed on new machine six times in 5months

Hi,
I purchased a coffee vending machine from Nestle India Ltd in Dec-2012, but the machine needs repair every 20 days. Further :
1> The machine has been repaired six times in 5 months.
2> Dealer M/s Sunderlal refuses to service the machine every time I register a complaint, even though the machine is in warranty period

My warranty is going to expire now, and no solution is coming from nestle india side, Plz help

Machine cost is Rs 10000/-
