REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE

I very kindly want to draw your attention towards my issue .I rechared my reliance netconnect with Rs.800 unlimited recharge for one month but after using for just 10 days my core balance went zero .I talked to the customer care but they didn’t gave any proper reply . Then again i rechared my core balance with Rs.20 but after using far an hour again my main balance went zero. I again talked the customer care but from that day till today they not able to resolve the issue and keep on saying that it will resolve within 24 to 48 hours but nothing happened. I beg you to take some serious action against this as its validity is till 5th july . Please and please help me.
