Realization of exorbitant charge without performing the repairing of a PC of GM’s office.

M/s Mohindratech, a Guwahati based PC repairing agency of Ulubari, attended one official PC of GM’s office/N.F.Railway, Maligaon, realised an exorbitant charge of Rs.1900/- only to format the PC, while it could neither format the PC nor could restore the functioning of the PC. Despite of repeated contact eith one Mr. Bipul Saha of the agency, it expressed its reluctance to undertake the job while he was in receipt of an amount of Rs.1950/- and cheated the Railway office, in connivance with one Chandu Gouda of GM’s office. Even though formatting of PCs cost hardly upto Rs.500/- he charged an amount of Rs.1950/- but left the work undone besides, he opined that he will attend the PC only if Chandu Gouda prefers a call on him. Thus he exhibited an improper business relation with its customer and committed a criminal offence of cheating the Government office in connivance and surreptitious deal with a worker of the same office.May I solicit your help to unveil the details of the conspiracy and the quantum of help rendered to him by the said Chandu Gouda, a Railway servant.
