Reactivation of my post paid data with out raising complaint

Hi, this is mohd miqdad sait i was using a post paid data card connection of mts the number is 8453677190 i had raised a complaint to cancel the connection before my bill was generated and the complaint number was 9747477, then as per the customer care they have reached me continuous following three days which is fake and i got a call after five to six days after i had registered the complaint on 13th and received call on 20th of october 2015 only, the day i received the call i was asked to clear the last bill to complete the cancellation of the data connection and for my unfortunate once i cleared the bill with out my knowledge the customer service has reactivated my connection, i dont understand why customer care reacts so foolish and trouble the customers and give job to people who are really worthless at their service ,i wasted almost one full hour to contact the customer care its really absurd , now a fresh complaint has been registered for the cancellation and the number is 9801785 kindly react fast and rectify the problem because i am not going to pay the bill for the service which was reactivated with out raising a request to the customer service from me. my phone number is 9844100520 and please its a request do not fool around people all are not idiots some one will surely turn back and sue you to the court ,kindly respond fast and cancel my data connection (MTS)
