RE: CONTINUOUS DEDUCTION OF MY PREPAID BALANCE DUE TO SOME UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTIONS BY THE COMPANY

Dear sir,
my complaint is regarding various harrassments caused to me due to some unwanted subscription of services from the company. on 07-08-2012, the company sent me 2 cosecutive messages, one stating “you have successfully subscribed for beauty tips” and the other stating”you have successfully un-subscribed for beauty tips”. and when i called the customer care executive, there was nobody to take the call for at least 10 times even then my balance was deducting continuously. when they took my call and listened to my complaint at around 9 p.m they said they are unable to check due to some system problem. today when i called them in the morning they are saying that “ur account cannot be credited with the loss amount because you have subscribed for it”.the same problem occured to me about 2 months ago and i changed the sim. but as i am a working lady it is very neccessary for me to maintain a prepaid balance and it becomes very difficult for me to change my no. frequently.
