I would like to bring your kind notice that,I have purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime (White,16G) X000G37ZCZ,IMEI = 860849030350010 on dated 25.02.2016 ref. Invoice No. KA-BLR5-141777691-725991 through Amazon site. But on dated 13.07.2016 suddenly touch working has stopped and on 15.07.2016 same has submitted to our nearest service centre at Agra(Xiaomi Exclusive-Agra).I am continue follow up with service centre but not getting proper response.
Please look into the issue if possible please replace the same which I shall be highly obliged.

I have submitted this request letter to MI service center still today I not getting any proper response when I will get the repaired mobile or replacement? It is under replacement warranty. Continuously i am follow up with the service centre of agra but phone do not pick up there, You can try it Number 05624036030.
Already sent 7 reminders to the service center and harassed.
