Hi my name is donald i recently got a new anderoid phpne and turns out that it uses a lot of data so i decide to upgrade my data plan, as per my previous experiences i am told to make any changes before start of the billing cycle ie.5th of every month so made changes on the 4th and was given a confirmation that it will be effective next billing cycle so change the data plan from Rs.199 for 750 mb to Rs.250 for 1gb and becuase my previous month bills were really high i decided to make these changes. now when i was going through my account online the plan showed the same old one hence i called customer care and they said that the plan has not changed and stays the same, as they need 48 hrs before the billing cycle change. asked for a supervisor and the same and the ridiculos thing is they are so fucking adament that they won’t budge and when asked for his manager he starts giving me nodal and applet authority numbers. and said that they are managers
i would really need to know the procedure to escalate this to the Ombudsman or a govt authority that rcom is and their staff think customer’s are fools who pay them their salaries which they don’t deserve one bit and there are series of instances so much that i know if i have any issue i have to live with it as these morons won’t do anything towards it just that their network is decent thats it but it comes in at such a huge price of decent customer service gets me think do i really need to take this crap
Long story short anyone reading this forum if they know any government ombudsman or board give me email or fax or phone number i would really want them to know how pathetic the customers are treated
