Rcom make false promises

Name of company/service: rcom

I use reliance datacard mdn no.9381273668 for the past 1.5+ yrs, i pay 850 bill every month i find its not worth for the service rcom provide in chennai. I try to disconnect it for the past 6 months. After a long struggle with customer care and web world finally they took my request in june 2012 but i not sure whether how they are going process it. Then i switch to my best plan i get conformation for that it will be migrated from 20th july 2012. But my connection suspended in july 1st week i talk with customer care and reactivate my connection on that day and pay the bill of month july Rs.780 on augest 3. The connection was again terminated because i put request on june. How worst experience rcom provides to me.
When i pay 850 pm my termination request never processed i switch to 280 plan within less than 20 days gap 2 time my service was suspended its worst to be part with rcom.
For any request goes to customer care they direct it to web world if go to web world they decline to process it or again redirect to customer care.Rcom is not ready to help customer they try to hide most of the important information needed for the customer.

The connection was again reactivated on augest 10 , I show the reply from rcom customer care for ur kind persual
