RCOM is harrassing, took money and asking for more, and barred my services

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: RCOM (Reliance communication)

Sir,

I am having reliance net connect connection(9390947477).I had paid 4500 for advance rental plan on 18/01/2012.but they again generated 4600 bill and barred my connection.They are harassing me very much this is 2nd complaint against RCOM.
previously they took 4500 but did not activate my ADVANCE RENTAL plan,after complaint they activated, but again generated the bill and barred my connection.
