I have purchased HONDA DIO bike no. MH-04-FQ-7689 on 2nd june 2012 from VIHAN HONDA Ghordbunder Road Thane show room .Till date i have not received my RC book. The showroom they told me to complete some procedure in-order to get my RC book.There was a mistake in the RC book address so as directed by the showroom people I did the needful which is to change the address. I personally visited the THANE RTO to do so. This change of address procedure was done 7 months ago and they assured me that I will get my RC book in a month or two but still the showroom people are not giving me the proper answer to where my RC book is. Its been months I am riding my bike without RC book. And past 6 months I am frequently visiting the Vihan HONDA showroom but still there is no progress. I am now completely fed up by this frequent up down, so finally decided to share my problem in this forum. I am very much disappointed by the sales after service provided by showroom people. Hope I will get a positive reply from your forum as soon as possible.
