dear sir/ma’am,
1.My reliance mobile number is 8590540737. Today morning(21Jul 2012) my balance was 160rs and now at 6.30pm the balance has come down to 11rs in one day.
2. I spoke to reliance complaint service on 198 and spoke to the cust care. I told him about my problem but he told me i have sent MMS. when i asked for details he has refused to give it. I asked for his name and he told me that he will not tell me. I asked him to trannsfer to his manager and he transferred it to mr.jijo who told me his name is justice. He also refused to give information and asked me to contact blackberry cust care on reliance.
3.. I spoke to reliance blackberry customer care to mr.vineet.. BIS398 blackberry service he asked me if i have used video streaming or any other service. I have told him no.Then he told me that I have sent 29 MMS. i confirmed to him that i have not activated the MMS service and nor have i sent any MMS. But he insisted that i have sent it so I asked him to tell me whhich numbers have i sent the MMS on and he told me sir I cannot provide you thhat information. I asked him to transfer it to a senior but he refused to do thhat also.
4. so not only has my balance been deducted but also the customer care is refusing to give me any information or return the balance. The same thhing has happned earlier when reliance has activated various packs without my information and deducted my balance.
5. I request you to kindly register a consumer complaint against reliance and help me in resolving this issue.
