Hi,
This is regadring rakhi order placed online with Ferns and Petals. I had placed an order to be delivered to Australia ;my order number was 701134416 and it was for silver plated shagun thali, sweets and a rakhi.And when the order was delivered it had one rakhi, one chocolate and a small lakshmi ganesh coin.
I have also logged a complaint with Ferns and Petals and they said they will get back but no response from them since 31st July’12.
Kindly help in resolving this issue and get the right items delivered which was ordered by us.
