rajasthan roadways departed before the time

Name of company/service: rajasthan roadways

On 20/06/2012, 22:10PM, I am having a ticket reservation in rajasthan roadways from NOHAR (RAJASTHAN) TO DELHI. But the bus has departed before time written in the ticket on 09:50PM.
The ticket details are :

    So plz. Corect timing Rajesthan rodways express bus from dehli kasmiri gate to nohar.. please help me sir
