with due respect i beg to state that i am user of reliance communication telecommunication service. And the company had send me 300 rs raised bill comparatively to my previous bills, giing an excuse of increased / change in bill cycle period costing around 300 rs for 7 more days , while 1’m paying around 900 rs for 30 days.
Even you can determine the increasing ratio of the given figure.
As they have not given me any information or intimation regarding this process or procedure i want you to help me regarding this problem. However they are saying they are charging me for genuine usage , but i didnt find these reason satisfactory and even their executives are escaping and giving excuses to me.
Kindly help me on this topic as this problem is creating problem in the porting of my no. to other operator too , due to which i’m forced to used relaince com service that too without my will.
