Railway TDR filed, Money not recieved from one year

the train 12322 (Kolkata mail) got late more than 3 hours on 29th july,2011 and the passengers(3) never traveled and filed TDR on respected date.
PNR no.-8158290148
the refund of RS.579 is not yet recieved of the above.
the ticket was eticket,and the journey was from JABALPUR to ALLHABAD.
till now action to this TDR is not yet taken.
