He Said if your ticket is not confermed then your money will be Refund.Ihave purchase up and down ticket and pay Rs. 2500.but my Ticket is not conferm and no responce from the party so want to solution

I purchased a ticket on 31st May from Mr Abhishek from Zoviholidays. But the ticket wasnt confirmed. I have been following up with him since that day and its been more than 2 months now and still he has not refunded my money. And moreover most of the times his number # 9654490532 is switched off. Last time he asked me to mail at zoviholidays@ gmail.com to Mr Deepak Sharma to get the refund, I have mailed him twice with my account details but he is not responding. It seems that ZOVIHOLIDAYS.IN is a fraud online ticketing company. If anyone reads this message from zoviholidays.in then kindly do contact me and return my money. Deepak Sharma is a big time fraud and has cheated several people across India through his website zoviholidays.in.

This is a fraud company. Below is the description of my case;
Description of the issue:
I called up Zovi Holidays,and asked them to book a tatkal railway ticket from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar.They said,it would be done and the ticket would be 99% confirmed.And assured me not to worry,as they will confirm the ticket.I got the ticket with a waiting status and paid Rs 6400 for it.I got a call in the evening from an agent of Zovi Holidays named Abhishek that the ticket couldnt be cofirmed.
Out of that Rs6400, Zovi Travels has returned only Rs 2900 to me, and rest Rs3500 is still pending.They have also given me a credit note dated 22nd June 2012, and the money has not yet been given by them.
