QUIT AIRTEL WORLD BEST CHEATING COMPANY

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: AIRTEL / FIXED LINE SERVICES

I have AIRTEL broad band connection since 2007 onwards .
I have face the continuous dis connection problem when I get from the connection.
Every time when I raise the complaint they took for one week to solve the problem some
times they took one month. They wont communicate to me about the problem status,
I need to communicate the customer care about my compliant status, when I call to customer car
they simply replied please give one chance sir we are surely close the issue with in 4 hours of
today’s time but after the I cut the call I was get the message from AIRTEL they extending
another 3 days for close the call. Even though they are not interested to close the issue what they extended day also still they extending another few days.

I was face the dis connection on 2 May 2013 and I raised the compliant to AIRTEL on 4th may 2013 and they are closed temporally on 10 May 2013 and I face same issue so I raised again and they fixed on 13tha may 2013, but it not fixed so totally frustrated I am not used the connection then I compromised myself I raised the compliant on 23may mid night and they are fixed the issue on 2nd June 2013.
I am not used the fixed line for single call and I am not downloaded a single bit but get bill amount 1827. I don’t know with out use of the connection I need to pay Rs 1827.
On last 28 June 2013 I face the phone dis connection and broad band not connected issue and I
raised the compliant to AIRTEL customer care and they are replied me with in 24 hours they solve the issue. But issue is not solved, so again I call customer care on 29 June 2013 and I spoke to shopia the floor supervisor in the AIRTEL customer as per her promise with 4hours their engineer will solve the issue but no one came to my home for close the issue. Then I called 3oth June 2013 I was called to AIRTEL customer care to know about my issue status.
that time floor supervisor Mr John spoken with me” their network engineer purusothman is looking that issue “ but no one came to my home and my street for solve the issue and as per johns promise they will solve the issue in 30th June 2013 on or before of 8PM. Again issue not solved. Then I called AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE on 1st July 2013 I got connected to MR SAM and as per the his words
they will close the issue on 2nd July 2013 before 9AM but no one came for test the connection and no one communicate to me,about the status of the issue so for that I was called to customer care again I spoken with Mr Velmurugan the floor supervisor. as per his promise before 12 Noon the AIRTEL network engineer will fix the issue but no one came for fix the issue. And I called the nodal office number 04442100356 and first it ask language second asks fixed line I enter my fixed line number
(04443306193) after it ask the complaint reference number I enter my reference number(34808414) after ask for conformation it ask to keying the number 1 if keened it say oops it is incorrect number and cutting the connection.
So I advised to all Indian citizen please quit the AIRTEL connections then only Indian government will bring the alternative for AIRTEL.
I am already file the case against AIRTEL in the consumer court.
