I am sending you a copy of email text sent to quikr in respect of a complaint which is still unsolved –
Sir,
This is my first email to inform you about first poor show seen on Quikr’s delivery team.
Refer Quikr Ad Id- 253489098
I placed an order for the item mentioned in the ad and made online payment of Rs.400 on 17 Feb 2016.
The item was already picked up from sellers house but same was not delivered at my address till day.
(I have personally confirmed with the seller telephonically)
I lodged a complaint on Quikr itself vide complaint No. 5103 dated 01 Mar 15.
Still No calls from quikr.
I have called four times in quikr customer care but there was No helping response.
Now, the question is “Is there any guaranty that once item sold in Quikr will be delivered by the team timely and will not be misused?”
This shows Not only a Company’s Mismanagement and poor role in a business but also an irresponsible behavior towards its customer’s rights.
It is my request with Quikr and Delhivery executives to Look into this serious matter, and investigate to solve the issue in the least possible time as I have already suffered financially so Long.
Kindly return my money if the case cant be solved at your end.

After a day, I received a reply from Quikr which was as follows –
Dear sir or madam,
Why my emails are not being replied? Why the ticket generated is still unsolved?
What for Quikr executives promise for helping customers?
It is to inform you that I have to Move for further legal actions.

Till day I am keeping patience but no calls from Quikr side.
Delhivery is a team which deals with pickup and Delivery actually businessed By Quikr.
My request with Core is to kindly interfare into my case and please help me in getting my amount back from Quikr.
