I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 handset and from the day of purchase till date, the phone has an heating problem and other quality issues.
I had wrote various email to its head office and also to Mr. Ashok and initially the response received was extremely good but later there was no response from them. I had wrote an email to them on 27th June 2013 which is still not replied and answered by them.
Last email sent to Mr. Ashok states as follows:
“I really appreciate when you say Samsung S4 is a smart phone but as stated earlier also S4 has to be a phone first then only its worth to have smart features in the phone.
I had taken delivery of handset today evening and used the same in service center and even with little use, the phone was heating a bit. Service Center representative suggested to use a phone bit more and then revert back if it continues.
Till now I had used the handset for calling and surfing also but phone is still heating.
I appreciated that samsung got my phone repaired for the damaged part but was not aware and was neither informed me earlier that whole screen is going to be replaced along with rear panel that was damaged. I had put scratched guard on the screen earlier which due to changed has to be reinstalled by me now and had to incur now the further cost for the same.
I had purchased S4 phone with whole lots of expectations and therefore along with phone, I had purchased screen guard, original Samsung s4 side view flip cover, samsung class 10 memory card, etc. I would like to restate that the Samsung side view flip cover overview on samsung website mentions as “A stylish Cover designed specifically for your Galaxy S4. It offers perfect protection from dirt, scratches and other physical damage to your Galaxy S4 that ensures longer life of your smartphone”. Attaching herewith is the details stated on your website and estore site for the side view flip cover. I hope per your response in trailing mail wherein you stated that “we have never declare that flip cover will protect handset from physical damage” got answered.
Again, I would like to state that it was one of the dream phone for me and waited for long time but it has really disappointed me. I had purchased S4 phone, side view flip cover wherein you stated that it protects from physical damages. Though, I had got the damages part replaced this time but how do I get an assurance about the future for any damages, if any, at later point in time.
Also Samsung came with huge benefits with the S4 now and one of them provides the customer to get the screen replaced worth Rs. 7,000/- only for Rs. 500/-.
As mentioned in your trailing email, the accessories supplied with black mist colour S4 is of white colour and that is standard colour which supplied across all black mist colour S4 handset.
For the problem relating to heating of my handset and per suggestion from you and your representative, I had visited service center twice once on 15th June and again on 17th June 2013. My handset is upgraded with software twice and everytime I had to reinstall and incur costs relating to data charges. Attaching herewith both the jobsheet for your reference. My phone was is service center for 10 days. Everytime if you suggest me to visit service center for the same problem then my S4 will be with service center more than me.

Non response to the above mail and reminder email again on 2nd July 2013 is unanswered till date that brought me to the conclusion that they have accepted and agreed to the issues with Samsung Galaxy S4 and its mis-selling features. Samsung had agreed that S4 has a problem and to increase the sales now they came with huge benefits along with phone. Samsung is least concerned with Customer satisfaction and only concerned about the sales.
