I am writing this mail on behalf of my sister who unfortunately had the misfortune of buying a Pureit Marvella RO from Viveks, Chennai. She bought it in the belief that being a Unilever product it was likely to be of good quality and Unilever is likely to provide great service. Only after she has purchased the product did she come to understand she had been wrong on both the counts. She has been running from pillar to post in reaching your customer service but has found your toll-free number is of no help as there is no response from Unilever even after calling up the number umpteen times (and each time ending up wasting her precious time explaining the same problem to the various call center agents).

Is it possible that someone from Unilever will look into this immediately
