My 3 months old Pure It started leaking and I immediately registered a complaint on 5th Jul ’13.
I was promised by the call center executive that the repair would be done on 7th Jul’13. However, I have waited for 3 days and yet no one has come to my place to repair the filter.
I did not get an SMS from the company when I registered the complaint.
However, today I got an SMS that the complaint has been addressed.
The call center only follows the script without understanding the problem.
I am extremely dissatisfied and did not expect this from a reputed company like HUL.
