Purchasing Mobile from Snapdeal

Dear Sir I sent the order on 27/02/2014 for purchase Nokia Lumia 525 Black. I ordered two same mobiles. One mobile has sent to me within the time bound. I have paid for the two mobiles but i got only one mobile. The second mobile is not reached to me. Approximate 4 months have passed. There is no satisfactory response from the senders. The said it is in progress. But my Rs. 10000 are blocked. I want the justice. They wasted my time and money. I want to get back my money. Because the rate of mobile is now decreased in the market. The other new mobiles are available in the market. I want justice as early as possible. I hope you will help me…..
