Purchased items not delivered even after 7 weeks

I have purchased Micromax Canvas A 110 for vide order No. 10346974 for Rs.8529/-and Micromax Funbook Pro Tablet for Rs.7759/- vide order No.10346976, online from Timtara.com on Novemer 1st. As per their terms they are supposed to deliver the items in 3 weeks maximum. Now, almost 7 weeks are over and their web site is showing as ‘Awaiting shipment’. I have spoken to their customer care No. 0135 6670700 many times. They say that in 24 working hours some senior executie will address my issue Many such 24 working hours have elapsed and nobody attended to my complaints. I have filed complaints to the ‘Manage complaints’ section, but nobody is giving me any reply. I have written a letter to their company InfoSecure Consulting Pvt Ltd,B-26, Second Floor,Sector 8,Noida-201301 but no reply. Please address this issue and take necessary action. Thank you.
