Purchased a Toshiba Laptop in October one 21st 2012 I din’t get the product neither a refund

I have purchased a Toshiba Laptop on 21st Oct 2012 from Timtara(Timtara.com) online shopping market with order Id: 10341556, I have tried a lot many times calling and asking to either deliver the product or to make a cash back,I din’t get response from them till day.
