I had purchased one number Samsung Galaxy S II GT-I9105 Blue Gray Phone
(Model No.GT-I9105) on 07.05.13 from M/s Manlio Infocomm, Spencer Plaza 769 Anna Salai, Chennai 600002 for Rs.21900.00.
Since the day I have bought this phone, its only been giving me problems. Sometimes the phone is getting too heated. Switches off by itself. Loss of data.
Inspite of repeated visits to Samsung service centre for the same issue again and again, I have not found a solution. I am sure when I have bought a phone, wasting time visiting service centre is the last thing I would like to do. The service centre people I think are only killing time and not helping me sort out my problem. I have requested them for a replacement phone as you can imagine in todays date getting disconnected and losing data is invaluable. The service centre person has not been of any help.
I have no clue who can sort out my problem. For the amount I have paid and invested on a so called smartphone, if I don’t get proper customer care also from SamSung then I am quite sure this calls for immediate legal action.
I don’t suppose I am demanding something unreasonable. A defective phone has been sold to a consumer and I feel if a consumer is not satisfied he has all the rights to demand the right thing for the amount paid.
