I had purchased a handset fro flipkart.com site. But when i got the mobile and tried to start it it was not even starting.when i called them they first told me to charge for 6-8 hrs and call them back. And i done so. But it didnt started. And after that when i called them to replace it they are not responding to how to replace it and they told me that they will send me a cash memo in my mail and they didn’t done so.
Kindly look into the matter and i ordered the product on 21/4/2014 and i got the product on 23/04/2014.
