i have purchased puma slippers of worth rs 1400 from jabong.com two months back,
while purchsing product they were assured me that if you feel any kind of difficulties related to product then consult to us we will help you,
but now my puma slipper strap broken down,after using very less ,then after i consulted with jabong customer care they told me send us an e mail,definately we will help you,but aproaching regularly through an email after ten days they replied to me,we cant exchange nor do anything its a normal ntl,they offerd me rs 200voucher,
now i am feeling cheated by both jabong.com as well as puma,
one thing i also want to mention i was using bata slipper worth rs 200 last one year,i used it very roughly but still it is in use, my mob no-8826525558
