PUBLIC MONEY FRAUD BY ONLINE TIMES SHOPPING

Name of company/service: INDIA TIMES SHOPPING THRU ONLINE

I am peter patrick from Bangalore During 1st week of June 2012 i have placed on line shopping order on INDIA TIMES ONLINE SHOPPING for OBECU CAPSULE for weight reduction, within weeks time i got the same ag. COD basis and i have paid Rs. 1,770/- the same to courier person and collected the parcel, opened the parcel and seen the description manual was in Hindi, which i have not learned.

I immediately called INDIA TIMES Customer care and registered the complaint vide No. 264848 dt. 11-6-12 stating i cannot read Hindi, pl. if u help in getting Engliesh manual. I got a reply from customer care on 12-6-12 by Nitin sharma, customer care rep stated that no english manual for this and it cannot be done anything, than i have registered with him to cancel the order and arrange to take back the parcel, which i got the mail on 13/6/12 from Gourav Malik reg. taking back the medicine thru courier agent, on 19th June 12 courier viz ARAMEX taken the parcel back with my complaint letter vide Docket No. 4277140814. Today i.e 28th June 12 i have called to check their customer care, they very rudely answered me stating they have returned the parcel with english manual now and asking me to track and collect the parcel and no cancellation possible for the same and given a threatening answer that you can’nt do anything without accepting the parcel.

Kindly help me to sort out this issue and get back my money i am not interested to deal with fraud people like INDIATIMES ONLINE SHOPPING.
