PROVOGUE WATCH WITH ICICI OFFER: ORDER PLACED & PAYMENT MADE IN ADVANCE BUT THE WATCH HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED

This is with regards of SPECIAL PRIVILEGE OFFER FOR ICICI BANK CUSTOMERS with Provogue.

I have purchsed one watch with the provogue order #156188436 on 3rd-FEB-2015 and made the payment with my ICICI Credit Card, and the delivery is still pending, and i am getting no response from Provogue Customer care through either Contact Number or Email.

I dropped a mail regarding this to provogue, but they are not responding. Some of my colleges are also getting same problem, as they also paid the shipment charge and .waiting for Product.

I would request you to take strong action against them ,so that they follow some good responsive measure to serve customer and be liable to answer to customer for their pathetic service.

ICICI is really spoiling its reputation by their tie up with Provogue..!!
